Residential Certificates of Occupancy

List of all Certificates of Occupancy issued by the Town of Cary since 2000. 

Field Descriptions:

App_Type: Application Type code.  This field described by APPLICATION_TYPE_DESCRIPTION field.

Units: If a multi-family occupancy, this represents the number of units.

CO_Date: The date the Certificate of Occupancy was issued

Address: Address of occupancy

APPLICATION_TYPE_DESCRIPTION: Description of the application type.

App_year:  Year of application

App_Num: Application number.  This number combined with “App_yr” provides the unique identifier of the application.

Lat, Lon: Geographical coordinates of the address in decimal format

Town of Cary Greenways

Information about Town of Cary Greenways.  This file is organized by greenway segments.  A greenway may consist of several segments that connect various features, such as roads, trailheads, etc.

Field Descriptions:

Name: Name of the Greenway

Segment: Description of the segment

Length: Length of greenway in miles

TypeName1: Major category of greenway

TypeName2: Minor category of greenway

SurfaceType: Surface of greenway

Jurisdiction: What entity owns the greenway

Responsibility: What entity is responsible for maintaining to greenway

TownZone: The regional zone where the greenway is located

Date: Date of Incident

Street:  The street on which the incident was reported 

Offense Category: Categorization of incident types
